Topic: Graphs on the side of the screen

Hey, I was wondering
I just installed #! and I was looking forward to the processor use grpahs and ram charts that are on the right hand side of the screen on crunchbanglinux.com. but all i get is text and shortcut keys there. How to I enable the graphs that are on the front page?
Im referring to the screenshot on the main page and how on the right There are graphs and stuff but on a fresh install these are nowhere to be found.
This is probably some simple config window but i have been unable to find it so far.

Re: Graphs on the side of the screen

Check out this entire thread for ideas:

http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/topic … ky-config/

Alternatively, look up "conky variables" on google.com and write your own commands into the ".conkyrc" file located in your home folder.

Re: Graphs on the side of the screen

Yeap no problem.  It took me a long while to figure out conky when I first moved over to linux a few years back.  It's pretty common to find it in various distros and it's amazingly extensible through various custom user scripts floating around the web (including monitoring your gmail accounts, your music selection or the weather!)

Re: Graphs on the side of the screen

I still cant figure out how to do the weather sad

Guess thats why I used the arch forum script to put it in the obmenu smile
