Topic: Any ideas why mednafen wont run?.(SOLVED)

Its a exucutable file type downloaded from the s.manager (emulater for gba) i right clicked on the exe and clicked execute then nothing happens?

nvm lol i opened the file with mednafen rather then mednafen then the file if that makes sense .
