It has been a while since I played the screenshot game...

This is really ubuntu with crunch bang repos enabled so i am kind of cheating :)

anyway: openbox (obviously), conky (clock), nautilus (desktop), adeskbar, netwmpager and running a slightly hacked xcompmgr.

The xcompmgr is dana's from that git but also with this tiny patch applied, which allows docks/panels to have their own opacity (you can sort of see this on adeskbar, but it is very slight), as many of the opacity setting do not work properly, such as the xfce panel and even adeskbar. I think dana wrote a good paper on something like this. All in all this xcompmgr allows for opacity on menus and/or dock as well as some big fixes that i don't think ever made it into the main.

Maybe if i can find a copy of netwmpager i might try and make a package for it, as it is a nice little pager, which i think would fit in with the light weight ideals of crunch bang smile

Just the usual stuff:
- adeskbar
- dmenu
- tint2
- trayer
- netwmpager
And several conky sessions

The wallpaper has a special meaning to me, as this was the first wallpaper I've ever used (think it was back in 1998) and it has followed me since.
It shows Milton Beach,  north of Cape Town, South Africa big_smile
