In the first 20 seconds the video shows preview feature similar to that found in windows 7, my question is how can I get this to work in #!?

its compiz, with window previews, i don't know if you would need a compatible panel aswell.

The window previews are a default feature of KDE 4.4.  They should work with a base install of KDE 4.4 big_smile

Yeah, Crunchbang is all about stripped down functionality and customizability, but not so much flash.  Personally, I'd rather have the speed of openbox than the features of KDE.  But, if that's you're thing you'll have to go with KDE.
