Topic: problem with nitrogen
Hey guys
I'm currently having a problem with nitrogen on my desktop. Whenever i try to change the background in anyway it just crashes. I'm using nvidia twinview.

I think I may have come across this before and if I remember correctly, it was solved by deleting the config file ~/.config/nitrogen/bg-saved.cfg - give it a try and see how you get on.

Hey,
I gave that a try and nitrogen is still crashing :s but other than that everything everything worked out of the box on my desktop . Still trying to figure out how to keep my second empty hd mounted between boots.

I had a slightly different Nitrogen problem, a zero byte file. I manually created and edited a new file and things started working again.
