Reply: File Transfering Hangups/Lag

Sry, for not being able to find the thread. I browsed a lot of posts and there was a thread with a user complaining about lag times while doing file transfers. Just wanted to point out on one of the kernel mailing list that it was reported to be caused by the CFQ scheduler not performing as intended. The proposed workaround was to use Deadline scheduler until issues with CFQ were corrected. Hope this clears up your question(whoever the user was). It's not a bug with #! or Ubuntu.
