And it runs like a dream!Lots of pros and cons regarding 64bit, the main thing is the ability to correctly use 64bit ints/floats in code, while it doesn't sound massive you'll see a slight speed improvement on some of the newer processors.
Also, PAE, the method of accessing 3.5GB on 32bit is a hack at best, with 64bit you can address up to 2Tb of RAM (I think...)
