Topic: Help installing Statler in VirtualBox

I was trying to install #! Statler on my ubuntu vbox, but it failed.
The installation went quite smooth but during the boot up after installation, it just stucked at "Loading, please wait..." and then with error.

Did you try to install it again? Just kill the it and start it again.

Tried many times. Even I enabled my secure virtual machine mode if BIOS, and i've tried i686 and amd64 for both openbox and xfce (which means 4 copies).
Still no luck sad

On my laptop Statler in VB using Ubuntu 10.10 work perfectly.
I have installed virtualbox from the ubuntu software center.

Is it right, that you tried to encrypt the root-partitiont? Did you tried it without enryption at all?
And is this the first virtual machine you try to set up?

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04, and I'm pretty sure the virtualbox is up-to-date.
No, I've tried both #! 9.04 32bit and 64bit, and I have a Windows XP, Fedora 10, and PuppyLinux running without issue.
And no, I've installed #! using LVM without encryption.

Below is the setting in I've tried in virtualbox:
Operating System: Linux
Version: Debian 64bit
Virtual Disk: SCSI / IDE / SATA - 10GB given
Memory: 2048mb

My PC specs:
AMD Athlon x2 7650 BE 2.8Ghz
8GB RAM @ 1066Mhz
1TB Hard Disk

I still don't know why it wouldn't detect the hard disk, can it be a damaged ISO?
