Set Keyboard Region (live)

EDIT: This method seems to only be working when used in combination with This Method. It doesn't seem to matter which one is done first.

- Make sure your repositories are up to date.

sudo apt-get update

- Open "Synaptic Package Manager" and click the "Status" button.
- Choose "Installed (upgradable)" from the menu.
- Type in a search for "keyboard-configuration" (without quotes) then right click the search result "keyboard-configuration" to get  the drop down menu and choose "mark for upgrade"
- Click "Apply"

WARNING: Upgrading some packages will break a live system resulting in SquishFizzle.

After changes are applied a configuration gui will appear to guide you through the settings.
