Edit: Someone also made an FVWM95 Facebook page, which uses the Wikipedia page for its information. Nothing new here, but it's popular enough to have a Facebook page, so I guess there's still hope.
A bot, more likely -- and if popularity these days is measured based on Facebook presence, we're all doomed.
FVWM95 was a very short-lived fork. None of the functionality was ever merged into FVWM proper, but several ideas from it were implemented in FVWM, and to this day if you wanted to, you can make FVWM look like windows. Just look at fvwm-themes for an example.
But FVWM95 is unusable today with most "modern" applications, so other than historical interest, that's all the use it has.
