hmmm . . . i wonder what the issue was with the chakra install?

i had a very positive experience with it (kde4.6 version) - not that i'd thrash it to bits like omns would tho' big_smile

Oh, I missed this. My site was down for about 4 hours yesterday (that I know of). My host providers offered the excuse that the server was down to run a file system integrity check. Apparently FSCK takes some time to do it's thing at their end. This seemed a little excessive to me but I'll forgive them this once. I've never had any down time before smile

@gurtid. I've put together some thoughts on chakra and will post them in the next few days smile

SW, he apparently closed or shutdown all his various sites although iirc VastOne got ahold of some of his scripts and posted a link recently.  [Recently like in the past six weeks]    hmm

My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best I can.
