Re: A sad day

All my prayers are with Robin and his family. We'll miss you DixieDancer! smile

Re: A sad day

My deepest condolences to his family and friends..

Like so may others here I got to know DD through his blogs and was always eager to learn more from him

The world is a smaller place today...

Re: A sad day

My deepest condolences go to his family and friends.  I'm glad he found a source of support and comfort such as the Bible and his family.

I knew him via this forum, but now I wished I had read his blog earlier.  I guess the adage of "Life is too short" still holds true.

May the Lord grant him safe passage to heaven.

Re: A sad day

I must admit that I did not share Robin's belief in God, but I'm gratified that his faith brought him some measure of comfort.  He blogged about whether it's better to burn brightly; I hope he's aware of how brightly his light has shone here.

@pvsage

Well said man... My sentiments exactly

Re: A sad day

Robin was wise above his years. I had already read about what was coming, but surprised to find what a shock it was when it came. I'll miss his presence here. Condolences to his family and friends.

Re: A sad day

No matter how many times I hear or read about worsening conditions and death, I just can't get used to them (which is most likely a good thing).

@johnraff
Feeling the same sentiments too.
