More keyboard configuration during install

Is it possible to add more keyboard configuration to the install cd? Because I have to run this command every time I (re)install:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration

... or add this line to ~/.config/openbox/autostart
setxkbmap -layout se -variant dvorak
but then I don't get the right keyboard layout during login, so the first method is preferred.

But anyway crunchbang is one of the best minimal distros out there so keep up the good work
