Sea-monkey is great and all, and there's plenty of other useful browsers around, but firefox and chrome have the best compatibility with various websites in my experience, followed by Opera and then everything else. If people know how to use advanced encryption features they probably know how to install a browser too. And if you have a computer with less than 512 Mb RAM, you're probably better off doing a net install anyways,
