Topic: openbox via Xephyr

I have CrunchBang on another system and I was reading up on Xephyr at:

From my own CrunchBang desktop, I would like to access the desktop of the other CrunchBang system using Xephyr.
In the above post, step 5 the window manager is "xfce4-session".
In my case with CrunchBang:
1. Would it be "openbox" or "openbox-session"
2. Do I need to provide any options with it?
