Topic: Hello everyone,

Hello.

I came to this site looking for good fonts for xterm, and so far I am very happy with screen sgi-fonts. smile


I started using linux when I was much younger, but all the efforts into getting Enlightenment properly installed turned me off for a while.

I came back after a brief visit to Germany where everyone seems to be at ease with linux-based systems. I realized that there would be big reward if I do get used to linux. There is just so much to learn!!

Besides that I am perpetually trying to learn more C++, as I am studying numerical analysis.
(MATLAB does have some limitations!)


Nice to be here, will be looking forward to learning many tips and tricks!

Crunchbang is an awesome place to start for users new to linux that want to learn, but also want a fast system they can use right away without having to configure a bunch of stuff. Welcome to the forums!

My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best I can.
