Topic: Windows licence refund (France)

I recently bought a new ASUS PC which as usual came with Windows pre-installed. Thanks to the information I got from the shop (FNAC) and a bit of hard work, I managed to get a refund of 42 Euros smile

It wasn't the most straightforward procedure ever, but much easier than the horror stories you find on the internet (French information here: http://www.fnac.com/os).

Needless to say, the refund is getting donated to CrunchBang!
