Topic: Hello everyone!

I am a computer scientist who has just started his journey with #!. A basic user of Linux but this is going to change soon! I installed #! on my netbook eee 1011px along Windows XP, ( meeting my first obstacle when GRUB has not taken XP into account - I'll take care of it once I get back home :-)

Oh, I almost forgot - and I upgraded my RAM to 2 GB and bought a 16GB SD card, class 10 to play around with it! :-)

Hi all #! users and I hope you're all well! :-)

Re: Hello everyone!

Hello dresik and welcome to #! and forums, have a safe journey home. I hope you will find these very forums a good place to visit for help or just for hanging out with the coolest `n` nicest crowd that I know of. Just ask when in need, remember that Google can be of very good help, and be sure to have a fun
time with your #! install. Good Luck and once again, welcome!

Try with; sudo update-grub in terminal, give password and see if that helps.
