Ourico Taskbar

Hey guys I am using a new taskbar called Ourico it is very minimal and is perfect for my echinus desktop...just one or two problems. When I run ourico my CPU seems to be pushed to its limits. At first I thought it was an overflow  virus but it isn't also when Ourico is running it stops me from opening applications when Ourico is closed all the applications I attempted to open all open at once. If you wanna see for yourself Ourico can be found here. If anyone knows what might be wrong let me know but for now I think I will use good ol' tint2
