Okay, I reinstalled (again! 
) and dual-booted #! and Archbang because I want an OS where I can play with all the latest shiny stuff, but want a place to do my usual work (plus I couldn't get my printer to work on Archbang).
This is the #! setup. I have a newfound romance with the old Statler theme.

@Floi and @ivanovegro: Actually the Faenza icons looks great on a darker setup. For light ones, I love the icons of Faience.
@duderocks: I love it! Esp the archbang one. Nice job!
I basically want dark navigation icons, but light ones for my systray. I guess I'm gonna have to tweak that manually. I might check out the azur version of Faience, though.
Only been a #!er for a few weeks, so still mucking around. I think I may have fallen in love with scrotwm too, after seeing many of the screenshots in the older threads. I've set up two logins on my lappy - I log in as 'marc' I get openbox, for when I want the extra bits and bobs. When I log in as 'forthy' I get scrotwm for the geek-age, plus I'm kinda thinking tiling is how my brain works!

What's the themes and font you're using?
#! setup is Shiki-Statler-Dark with Faenza-Black and Sans 8 font.
Archbang is Zukitwo with Faenza and Ubuntu 9 font.

Somewhere in the middle as I'm running xfce4-session/xfsettingsd but not xfdesktop. That, along with lightdm, adds just a few MBs of RAM but adds the convenience of Thunar mounting my other partitions and having a proper log-out dialog. A fine compromise, IMO. BTW, love your latrest scrots.

Imagine that view every morning when you got out of bed.
A gorgeous view, and an almost equally gorgeous desktop. Is that actually a Mac, and if so, is that really what they look like? I mean, wow. That effect between the finder and the desktop is just fantastic looking.
