I live in 78723; I work in 78723; I shop in 78723.

Actually I live within walking distance of my workplace.  I put a max of 3K miles on my old jalopy per year, usually closer to 2400 miles. 

With the economy as it is, and having a job, who can afford to retire?  Not I.  Inflation, et al, don't respect age groups.

Great city you live in - I was there in 1991, around early summer, during a six month backpacking tour around America, Canada and Mexico.
I loved the part of town where all the bars/clubs are - all kinds of live music and a great vibe.
I tore my ankle ligaments in Austin playing street basketball with a local kid (who whipped my butt, incidentally) and ended up with cans of ice-cold cola strapped around my ankle to try to reduce the swelling!

I'm 19, and from Scotland (I live kinda near Hamilton, if anyone knows it. Near Glasgow if you don't)

I'm from Lillehammer, Norway age 20, and I've been playing with linux since the time before ubuntu.

Been playing around with quite a few distros and my laptop back home (I'm on vacation in Ho Chi Mihn City, Vietnam at the time) uses debian minimal install with Openbox... my EEE 901 now uses a customized Cruncheee, and I'll customize it 'til it breaks... Love the experimental feel of Crunchbang and the support I've found in the forums

Guess I should drop a line here too after being on the forums and on #! and cruncheee for a while now!

I live in the state of Connecticut in the Northeast US, work, breathe and live IT since a little more than the last 15 years of my 35 year old live, but also operate a small graphic design studio on the side. I am originally from Germany but moved to the US some years ago.

I love Music, go to as many shows as I can, DJ when time allows and love to play with cars, boats and motorcycles ;-)
