Topic: Design the website!

Since we have design the logo, sticker, and glitterclac threads going...i thought with this change and all it might be fun to see how everyone would design the website.

Heres how I wasted some time tongue

I attempted to keep the same minimalist layout as before but I tried my best to add a bit of spice to it. Nothing too terribly special...but I also enjoy the trip back to the dark days of crunchbang cool

nice proposition,

i'm wondering about how the page will evolve, since a redesign is currently pending. to my point of view, the current home page lost the personality it had before and is less attractive and specific.

i like the dark background too. To my point of view, it is a core characteristic of #! and it is good to keep the same spirit in the website and in the distro. Fonts are not #!-like (in my point of view).

Truly I was bored, and when I threw this together...I really was more excited about seeing what the community could come up with, as there are some very talented artists among us (not me). big_smile

I like the color choices but the font is to hard to read

Nice work! I am not sure I have the time to do a redesign at the moment, but it is certainly interesting looking at how others would do it. smile

I honestly thing the font "Sony version 2/cc_05b would go GREAT with crunchbang (the font on the PS2)

Although dark colors tend to lead the eye to them  (at least my art teacher says that) these light sparklies make me feel pretty.
