I've got two desktops with their cases being two different colors, so I called them "whitebox" and "graybox". I also have #! installed on a flash drive I carry with me all the time, and I decided to combine my name a #! to get "fredbang".

Norsk word for a certain species of tree. Gard (farm) in Vats is my ancestors farm name. I go back to that farm via my mothers father, my fathers father and my fathers mother. If you family tree does not always branch, you might be a red bearded Norwegian.

All the connected trinkets go by the same theme:
2 Seagate external drives: Battlecat and Whiplash
2 Kingston Data Travelers: Skeletor and Orko
Even my cell phone connects to the lappy via bluetooth as Hordak.
yeeeeah...um..I practically grew up watching MotU, and still cherish my old Battlecat toy over anything else I own. I like to keep my inner child alive and kicking.
My previous laptop was called Chinook. It's a wind in Canada. Doesn't have a story behind it. Just liked the word.

- shikamaru - #! (main computer)
- haruna - Thats #! also
- ytanuha - EEEPC 1000HE with #!
My Pendrives with japanese city names:
- Yokohama 2GB
- Tokio 8GB
And finally my external HD's with the names of the manufacturer 
- LaCie 500~GB
- Iomega 500~GB

A long time back I used to call my PC's after star trek ships (I bet a lot do) but I have lost all creativity these days (getting too old?) and mine are now called:
towerpc1
towerpc2
laptoppc1
htpc1
router1 also...
creative aye...lol
