Topic: S-Video out on #!
I'm just letting everyone know how pleased I am with two more things on Crunchbang.
a) The S-Video out works excellent on my R52. I have a dual-boot going with W7 and both work fine. I just remember reading some threads about how ppl were having problems with theirs. Not a problem here. One thing not related was how I have an AVI file on a DVD (I store multiple AVI files on DVDs sometimes) that would not show for nothing on W7. I loaded that into linux and it showed the file. Am not sure why it would not show on W7 explorer?
b) Suspend works on this 
I have karmic on my other laptop and it won't suspend for nothing. Actually it does go into suspend but when you wake it. You get a blank screen and hard drive activity. Nothing will wake the screen. This is a documented problem on the Ubuntu forums and it just amazes me that no fix has been made for this. I'm glad this distro does it flawlessly
