Topic: Need GDM theming option

Hello,

I switched to Crunchbang looking for a light-weight Ubuntu and it does fit the bill there, but could a default way of theming GDM be added in?

Regards,

Mike

Basically find a theme you want (gnome-look.org, xfce-look.org or box-look.org have plenty) - download

then

System --> Login Manager. Local Tab and choose Style--> Themed

Click the 'Add' button and navigate to the theme you downloaded

Re: Need GDM theming option

Make sure you *don't* select the CrunchBang theme; it has a bug that causes either GDM or X11 to hang.

while ( ! ( succeed = try() ) );

Cool!  I'll try to change the theme via above method.  Is there a proper place to drop GDM themes?  /usr/share/gdm/themes?
