Topic: how can i remove the old kernel?
i want to replace 2.6.28.15 with the slightly older .28.15-phc. because it is older, i cant simply install it.
can i just go to /boot/ and delete all the files from the standard .28.15?

can i just go to /boot/ and delete all the files from the standard .28.15?
if you are using a grub and not grub two cant you install all the necessary deb files for that kernel and then edit your menu.lst file after an update grub and remove the entries for the newer version making the older one the default?
