...to whomever spent their time so that we lazy asses could enjoy this distro!
A few things still do not work like I'd like them to (e.g. I cannot use special key to hibernate, same with the lid-close; Skype applet gets weird artefacts; battery applet disappears altgether... Sleep works great though, first time since Windows and I got divorced - blue screen of death).
But it's always been the case for me (windows, Mac Os or Linux...it's all machines, they can only do so much 
)
...so I guess I just need to google.
So far it's one of the BEST distros I've ever tried.
Having outdated hardware, I was fed up with Ubuntu getting hungry (even Xubuntu, honestly, apart from the app choice, I don't see why it is said to be "lightweight"). Karmic for instance: HORRIBLE!
At first I thought I'd go with Linux Mint Fluxbox CE but, however fancier it is (in my opinion), CRUNCHBANG just does work better!!!
Anyway, Crunchbang mostly does what I need it to. And it does it QUICK, whithout crashing or hanging (so far). It's more that just openbox on top of Ubuntu.
Apart from Thunderbird and OpenOffice I did not install any other apps (OK, maybe Unetbootin, so that I can try new distributions now and then :-) : VERY GOOD APP SELECTION as far as I am concerned.
It's really nice to see that, since the first time I tried Linux (probably 10 years ago), it's become pretty easy to "actually" use for the average user.
