Topic: Web development tools?

Hi there.

first, thank you guy for bringing this excellent distro. My keyboard has a problem right now and i can't use exclamations... big_smile imagine please.

Days ago i was using a mac computer, and i open a app called Coda. Guess what? I never see any other app for web dev better than Coda...

but i came from windows recently, just four days of crunchbang, so my question is:

Anyone can suggest me a app for web development like Coda or similar for linux?

i use Aptana in windows, but it's a little heavy and carry a lot of stuff i don't use.

i just write php, html and css code, a little of js too.

Regards,
Saulo Barbosa

ps: sorry my english.. sad

Re: Web development tools?

I use bluefish as a simply HTML editor.  It's in the repository and can be installed as follows:

sudo apt-get install bluefish
