Topic: username and password statler
Hello,
I have downloaded and burned iso cd. Now I wonder which username and password I have to use to get into statler.

The live CD doesn't require anything AFAIK. Once you install it, it works just like Mac or Ubuntu (i.e. the user name and password you specify in the installer gives you root access via sudo).

Kb: drivemaker's kilobyte, currently 908 bytes (shrinks by 4 bytes each year for marketing reasons)

I am trying this live cd after a month, but get the screen with username and password. What do I do?

I just tried them both (#!10 32bit ob and xfce) in a virtual machine and neither is asking for password. did you try just hitting enter or root with pw root or guest with pw guest or crunchbang with no pw
(these are some I found to be used on different live cd with linux)
(If it is not working please tell us some more: witch cd (architecture?, style?) and with steps did you try)
my last idea would be to burn and/or download the cd again.

Excuse me please my bad english. I wrote image Crunchbang-10-alpha-02-xfce-i686.iso on flashmemory JetFlash Transcend JF V30 4 GB together with some other Os's. Menu item to boot Crunchbang is:
title Crunchbang-10-alpha-02-xfce-i686
find --set-root /crunchbang/live/initrd.img
kernel /crunchbang/live/vmlinuz boot=live union=aufs noswap live-media-path=/crunchbang/live
initrd /crunchbang/live/initrd.img
I tried all combination for login and password. No any results. My netbook - Samsung N130 (Atom CPU N270 @ 1.6 GHz, Intel 945 Expres Chipset Family and so on). What to do?
