Set up the default handler for "file links" to be pcmanfm

Been using #! for all of 3 hours, downloaded some things in FF and from the FF download manager right-click->Open containing folder.. this prompted me to select an application to handle the "file link" type.

I think it would be helpful if this were set by default on new installations of #!.
