Topic: kjournald activity in Debian Testing

I got some weird stuff going on with my Debian Testing.

When running anything else than any browser of any kind, my system respond as fast as Flash Gordon, but as soon as I open any instance of Iceweasel or Chromium, the system starts slagging. I've seen this for many weeks now, but some days ago I thought I'd look deeper into it. And it seems that when having a browserwindow open (I dont have to use that browser - just having it open), some process called kjournald starts going crazy with a 100% IO activity with some 15 minute breakups in between. There are no major CPU usage - it is just writing heavily to my disk.

Ex. when viewing a movie suddenly everything locks up for 2-3 minutes, while kjournald is running at 100% IO. Doing the same without any browser open everything runs fine.

I've googled this really hard without anything showing up yet....

Is this driver related? Or maybe kernel related?

My kernel running is 2.6.32-5-amd64. The CPU is a Intel i5 650 and a Intel graphics i915 driver.
