^ right-click menu >> Settings >> Openbox Config >> Reconfigure
At least, that's what it is in Statler a2. I think it's similar in 9.04.

but i usually delete all the items from the right click menu so nothing displays when i do that
not seeing that i just reinstalled couple of days ago i didn't delete them yet but for future reference (when i wont have the menu) is there a command line for that?
