Topic: Tor/Vidalia issues

Hey all,

I've been using #! for a little while, and this is the first real issue that I've come across with it. Decided to install the Tor/Vidalia bundle from source and for whatever reason, it isn't working.

It'll connect to the Tor network, Tor button recognizes that I'm running Tor with Privoxy, but in the message log it keeps posting

Oct 05 14:17:38.036 [Notice] Tor v0.2.1.26. This is experimental software. Do not rely on it for strong anonymity. (Running on Linux i686)
Oct 05 14:17:38.037 [Notice] Initialized libevent version 1.3e using method epoll. Good.

Oct 05 14:17:38.037 [Notice] Opening Control listener on 127.0.0.1:9051
Oct 05 14:17:44.955 [Notice] Bootstrapped 90%: Establishing a Tor circuit.
Oct 05 14:17:58.773 [Notice] Tor has successfully opened a circuit. Looks like client functionality is working.
Oct 05 14:17:58.774 [Notice] Bootstrapped 100%: Done.
Oct 05 14:18:43.671 [Notice] Have tried resolving or connecting to address '[scrubbed]' at 3 different places. Giving up.

When I go to Tor's site to see if I am running Tor, it says I'm not. I've checked Vidalia's site, tor's, ubuntu, and a few others but I can't seem to find a fix. Anyone have any ideas or able to point me in the right direction?

Running Crunchbang 9.04.01
Vidalia is 0.1.9
Tor is 0.2.1.26
Qt is 4.4.3
Firefox is 3.6.10
