CrunchBang Is Pretty Great So Far

Hello everyone,

I'm MrCyborgBear, from Upstate New York. A few weeks back it looked like it was finally spring (it wasn't >_>) , and I celebrated by switching to a new distro, which was Xubuntu. And then winter came back, and Xubuntu started developing some instablities, and then apt-get updated itself into oblivion (still have no idea what I did, it just uninstalled pretty much everything during an upgrade. I'll watch out for it if it tries it this time through). So in the interim before deciding on a new distro, i started playing around with rainmeter on my windows partition, which was really cool. And so i started looking for conky configs that would provide similar functionality, and CrunchBang's forums came up quite a bit. So i started poking around, and i really like your guys' style around here. Everyone seems to be really friendly and helpful, so i thought i'd give CrunchBang a shot as my next distro. And so far, i'm really enjoying it. Everything is really customizable and the configs are accessable by menu, which saves me the trouble of hunting them down. It's all really lightweight and super fast too, which is awesome.

And those are my intial impressions from playing around with the distro for a few days. Great job you guys! I look forward to talking with you all on the forums.

Be excellent to each other!

Oh, you know, the standard kind. Eyes shoot lasers, titanium claws, retractable rocket launchers, usb ports, wireless internet, etc.

You have USB ports? Wow. My old cyborg still has ADB ports, & no wifi (just an ethernet jack)

EDIT: Are your retractable rocket launchers just free-fire, or are they guided? If so, how (laser guided, radar lock, etc.)?
