beautiful desktop! Is it possible to get the conky setup and which font did you use?

love all your work, keep on that great work  wink

Thank you very much smile

The easy part first: Play font
Then you must install curl, conkyforecast and dzen2. If you want to use the play font you must compile it yourself with xft support or use the package of ubuntu 13.10, i think is xft enabled, more here and here.

Now, the "normal" conky, for the 5 day forecast: You need the .conkyrc and the weather-ob. Both are here. Change the paths and the weather code to use them.

The dzen2 based conky: You need the configuration file, the icons and the script. All are here. You need also some scripts: weather.sh, gmail.py etc. You can find them, if you want this kind of infos, here.

Don't forget to use the right codes for your town in weather, to make scripts executable (chmod +x  blabla.sh) and to change the paths for your setup. smile

Re: October 2013 Screenshot Thread

Just downloaded CrunchBang for the first time a couple days ago and installed it on my laptop, and I'm loving it! This is the setup I've currently got going, although I plan to remove the list of shortcut keys from Conky pretty soon as I learn them smile

Re: October 2013 Screenshot Thread

I messed up an rsync backup, and overwrote a load of configs (idiot!), so I decided to restore a recent fsarchiver snapshot. When it booted I thought...I like that background and conky, so I'll tweak the conky to fit the image and keep it for a while. Then I thought I'd play with the OB theme as well....
