Configure Openbox window menu?

Hello, is it possible to configure the Openbox window menu (alt-space menu)? I'm looking at the openbox website and for config files on my system, but haven't found any way.

Be excellent to each other!

Re: Configure Openbox window menu?

i don`t think so..
The question that comes to my mind is: WHY?
Don`t get me wrong. I love tweaking and changing stuff, but i barely even use this menu and just can`t see what i should be doing with it and what your purpose is.
if you can tell me what you want to do, we maybe find another way to achive it..
and if it is just about the looks: these are ruled by the /usr/share/themes/*yourtheme*/openbox-3/themerc and behave just like the application-menu (super+space).

As far as changing the content and action of the menu, I think you'd have to edit source code and recompile.  If it's jsut about the looks & feels, then what Naik said, the Openbox wiki link posted by iann covers just about all the variables if you want to make your own theme.

Re: Configure Openbox window menu?

@Iann - thanks for the link, although I should've been more clear in my question.

@Naik, pvsage - The reason I asked is because I don't like the default maximize/restore hotkey behavior. Alt-space x maximizes but doesn't unmaximize, you have to use alt-space e to "restore" instead. So it's just a minor inconvenience. I could probably set up a key chain binding to do the same thing.

Re: Configure Openbox window menu?

You will want ToggleMaximize

Openbox actions

key bindings are in the ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml file.
