Hi there #!ers,
I have used many Linux distros over the last decade or so (starting with Simply Mepis, and tasting Sabayon, Mandriva, PCLinuxOS, various ubuntu variants. Mint, and probably a few others on the journey).
I'm a consumer rather than a developer/contributor.
I installed Crunchbang on a struggling Netbook to see if I could get any more zip out of it that with Mint and Xfce and it seems to have done the trick. So I dragged an old desktop out of long term storage and bunged Crunchbang on it too.
I like the performance and the ethos of the distro, so I'm looking forward to engaging with the community to get the most out of this excellent distro.
Welcome! Enjoy the distro

Welcome to the #! corner. We've alot in common. My first distro love after the gateway drug of Ubuntu was Simply Mepis. After that I hopped through many of your mentions. Still like to check things out, but home is #!. Enjoy your stay
